Dear Sir
I can imagine you must be quite distressed.
The treatment of anxiety consists of a combination of medication and psychological therapy as well as relaxation techniques. Please see a psychiatrist for optimization of your medicines and for therapy. Certain lifestyle techniques can be helpful to you like regular exercise, yoga, meditation as well as breathing exercises.
Hope this helps
Thanks
