Yes, do not discontinue your Olanex F. That's your long term medication. The Ciplar is symptomatic pill for anxiety. There's no problem in taking them together. Discuss your anxiety issues with your psychiatrist. He'll be the best judge to devise a long term plan of medication. Good luck.
