hello practo user I can understand the difficult situation that you are currently facing . Feelings of demotivation and inability to concentrate on your work is indicative of an underlying stress either personal or professional which is causing these issues . It is suggested that you try and practice meditation and morning exercise which will be beneficial in calming your mind and thoughts and also help you feel better throughout the day . Try and download some concentration building apps on your phone , surround yourself with positive close family members and friends . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for an indepth understanding of your issues and formulation of a treatment plan which will be personalized .
