I don't know how it all started but yes for past 2 years..I have observed in my myself that I started taking tension over petty issues ..whether it is related to daily life or anything else. I am unable to concentrate on my studies. My thought process keeps on going over any issue and prevents me from concentration on any work.
I want to know that how to be carefree, and let go things ? I start thinking, regretting when I do any home task wrong, when I have to order something, when my mom damages anything...list is endless..I know u all must be getting what I am trying to convey..so plz help
