First of all are you studying something you don't Like? See if you are passionate about things you are doing you will never feel the way you are feeling. Try to make an easy routine and set your priorities. Reward yourself when you successfully finish a task/study ,take small break in between after few hours. prioritize your career.

Wellness Greetings to you Human being has two decisions in his mind for every single matter after brainstorming numerous thoughts and when he or she is starting to act on it and on the values from past, sometimes they overlap and creates contradiction . You have to now analyse what are the thoughts you have been brainstorming and in bases of what value you have taken decisions in life full stop if you aren't happy in a particular time frame then the decisions taken in that particular timeframe has been influenced by others and now you are regretting it. I would suggest you to sit in a calm place and workout on all the elements I have mentioned here. This could also be easily done if you can seek guidance of a professional.

Hi.. It seems you are doing something that your heart is not fully capable of accepting. Something that your heart is saying no and your mind is saying yes. We tend to overthink, frustrate, and start taking every small step too seriously when we are doing something half-hearted. Few Questions: 1. Any major changes in your life recently,      personal /professional/academic? 2. Any lost or broken relationship/close friendship? 3. Recent tragedy (death or mishap) to someone      you have known? 4. Are you doing what you really what to do in life         or just managing?
