Anxiety issues.
I am having some anxiety issues.i get really often mood swings.i get angry too fast.i cry alot.i am most of the time alone.career , relationship, friendship problems.

Consult nearest psychiatrist as you require detailed counseling session and you may require medications such as SSRI or tricyclic antidepressants... With that fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation,avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...have good sleep and develop healthy food habits..good luck.

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety us overwhelming, consult a psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve. Other than that, try yoga, deep breathing, meditation, moderate exercise, progressive muscular relaxation and guided meditation.

I think u hv dome unresolved issues and dissatisfied about many things in life. May be u r unhappy about yourself in certain areas of life.
