Hi,
We don't die in panic attack. It's an unconscious trigger which brings panic. Start with breathing exercises to realx your body& mind daily.
Don't try to control feelings.just with them & let them pass.
Hypnotherapy heals the unconscious trigger quickly.

Hi
Consult a psychiatrist and explain about panic attack. You can consult the same psychiatrist who prescribed the medicine or another psychiatrist. Based on what you have mentioned I suggest you consult a psychiatrist first and then consult a psychologist for counselling sessions.
More information about your medical history is required in order to provide suggestions on how you can manage anxiety and feel calm.
Be patient with yourself. Over a period of time you will feel better.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist first and then consult a psychologist for counselling sessions.
Health Tips
Contact me for counselling sessions. Along with counselling I can suggest natural foods to calm the mind.
Hi.. Typically, panic attacks can be addressed with a combination of medication and psychotherapy. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is the best treatment for anxiety/panic but in your case consulting a Psychiatrist first is advisable. I know some good Psychiatrists in Bangalore and I can share contact.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychiatrist for a medical diagnosis and medications.
Consult a Psychologist for Counselling/Psychotherapy.
CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.
Hello, firstly panic attacks often mimic a state of emergency as shortness of breath, low blood pressure others. In such situations, drink a lot of water, possibly with electrolyte ( ors or salt/sugar water), take deep breaths and lie down. Let your body and mind rest. You may also have accompanying crying spells sometimes, sleep in a curling position as it relaxes the body.
Once the feeling subsides, seek psychological consult. Panic attacks are rooted in some psychological issues that we are dealing with at a conscious/unconscious level.
Next Steps
Drink lot of water and lie down.
Seek psychological consult.
Health Tips
Try to be around other people ( friends and family) so that you are able to better manage the emergency situation.
