It is a tough situation you seem to be struggling. At the same time it is a very good think that you know your fears are irrational.
Sometimes after you stop medicines , feeling anxious , nausea ...etc can be realised . You should ask the doctor under whose treatment you were.
Anxiety is Intense, excessive and persistent worry and fear about certain situations , which may later develop to unrelated situations .
This needs deep evaluation regarding the situations , your experience , how it was affecting you , your self talks etc....
Self-treatment
Physical activity, a healthy diet, regular sleep and relaxation exercises may all help to reduce anxiety. Joining a support group may also help. To manage symptoms effectively, it's best to avoid caffeine, alcohol and nicotine.
You should seek a therapist
I too give online as well as face to face counseling . On special needs home visits.

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Just be aware that medicine are just one part of any psychic treatments like depression. They mostly work to reduce your emotions. However if you notice the actual root cause behind such emotional imbalance is anxious or overwhelming thoughts. Medicine can't control this. So in parallel you need to adopt certain mindset change techniques or psychotherapies sessions to manage or control or divert your unnecessary thoughts.
Be positive. Take psychologists help to identify suitable psychotherapy techniques to overcome this problem completely. Be positive. You will be alright soon. Feel free to reach me online for further evaluation assistance on counseling and therapy guidance.
Anxiety as you mentioned is fear persisting without an actual threat few things that could help you is first is not paying attention to the stimulus or the thought that triggers the anxiety distract yourself, also you could slowly try deep breathing techniques that should be able to help you. Starting off with this I would suggest it would do you good if you meet a clinical psychologist who would be able to look into your issues and help you as well.
