I have been really anxious for few weeks. I am on antidepressants for past 5 years . For past few months, I have been looking for a job and after numerous rejections and pressure from studies, my anxiety has increased

Fear of survival. There is an unreasonable fear within you that is prompting you to think that everything is stacked against you and that you are doomed! Reality couldn’t be anymore farther from that. Reject the idea that your survival is at threat. Break the notion that you should only certain kinds of careers. Follow the money and go anywhere it takes you without being biased about the kind of work. Be prepared to do anything that can pay! Once you feel internally secure that way, you will pursue everything with a winner attitude and anxiety will become a thing of past!
