Anxiety disorder
I have been constantly triggering with anxiety.. I used nexito plus and stopped.after few days Im again feeling anxiety while sleeping .can we use nexito5 regularly.. And do I have any permanent solution for this anxiety. Its effecting my work and sleep..my mind is forcing many negative thoughts and making me more anxious. Any permanent solution for this. Please help.

Why did you stop your medicine I hope it was all according to your Psychiatrist advise.
Also very necessary along with medicine is that you take therapy sessions
It can be treated but take the right treatment and trust it
