Anxiety Depression
I've had anxiety for almost 4 years now. And a few months ago I was diagnosed with depression. Due to adjustment issues, I'm unable to involve my parents and go to the doctor. My anxiety has been at it's worst especially these last 6 months. Please advice to as to what I should do to consult a doctor and meanwhile what I should do for the anxiety. Thank you so much.

Talk to your parents. Having depression does not mean much more that like having some physical ailment. It is not your fault that you have depression. Have the anxiety and depression will go if you confess to parents. If they still cannot believe show them this message. Depression is a treatable condition. Treatment helps prevent complicate, improve quality of life.
