Our memories are like cloths in a suitcase. If we have not arranged it properly the suitcase opens and everything inside is scattered. What you need to do is meet a therapist online or in person and accordingly seek help. They will help you with rearranging thoughts and memories.
Next Steps
Take support for this from a trained therapist.
Health Tips
Refocusing is something you can start instantly. If you tell your mind not to it will not listen. Like if you say not to think about cake what's gonna happen. You gonna see a cake. Mind works in opposite. The more you suppress the more it will uprise. So start replacing your thoughts rather than suppressing.

Hi. I can understand what you must be going through. You seem to have so unpleasant experiences during your childhood which is leading to your current situation. You will be needing more detailed evaluation by a psychiatrist for understanding your situation better. As you said, you want to share your feelings with someone. So go ahead and do it with a person close to you. Alternatively, you can start writing diary daily to vent out your feelings. Seek a psychiatric consultation and initiate treatment accordingly. Treatment will mostly consist of sessions of psychotherapy with or without medication.
Next Steps
Seek a psychiatric consultation.
