I'm taking these medicines for ocd and I feel better from before but I see so much side effects like white discharge coming from the breast I'm unmarried. It's not too much but if I touch my nipples it comes, and I've pain in breast and a burning and tingling sensation in the breast and pain in left armpit. Difficulty in concentration.these things came after taking medicines. Like my anxiety has become low now but thoughts still come but I can manage it now. I get repetitive thoughts- it's distressing and intrusive. But my anxiety has become low but thoughts still come. And I can't concentrate when I'm praying. During the treatment I got bruxism and headache too but now it's not coming. Sometimes I've nausea also, I'm so worried about breast discharge and pain in breast sometimes it feels heavy also. THE ROOT CAUSE OF ALL THESE IS THAT OCD, I get so bad thoughts against my religion, I'm very practicing the more I try to get close to Allah the more these thoughts come,

You’re doing well managing OCD, and it’s great that your anxiety is lower now. But the breast discharge, pain, and tingling could be a side effect of medication, possibly due to raised prolactin levels. Please speak to your psychiatrist and get it checked.
The intrusive religious thoughts you’re experiencing are common in OCD, especially when you’re deeply spiritual. It’s called scrupulosity, and therapy like CBT or ERP can help you manage this better.
You’re not alone. Take therapy. You can connect with me at nine two six six seven two six zero six five.
The whitish discharge from nipple is due to hyperprolactinemia. Try to not sqeeze it out, it'll only increase. We need to modify the medications. I will be happy to help if you're interested.
Hi.. some medicines can cause hyper prolactinemia which can cause the above symptoms. However will need further history regarding the same to advise appropriately. Consult online for further evaluation and management
As per my opinion, you must plan a visit and consult your doctor regarding these symptoms of breast discharge, heaviness so that your medication dose should be optimised or if needed start other medications that do not cause such symptoms. Do not bother, your OC symptoms will be improved but you don't discontinue medications as it will reverse the OC symptoms. Under guidance of the doctor you adjust the dose of medications so that improvement sustained without sides effect
Thank you for opening up about what you're going through. Itâs good to hear that your anxiety has reduced and you're managing better, but I understand how distressing these side effects can beâespecially breast discharge, pain, and the ongoing intrusive thoughts.
Sometimes, medications used in OCD treatment can cause hormonal changes that may lead to symptoms like breast discomfort or discharge. The emotional burden from OCD, especially when it affects your faith and concentration during prayer, can feel very overwhelmingâbut you are not alone in this.

Hey!
It's good that your OCD symptoms have improved, but the breast discharge and pain can sometimes be side effects of certain medications. It is important to assess this properly. I suggest consulting in detail so we can review your treatment and address both your symptoms and concerns together.
