I'm not sure if it's OCD
I'm told by mine psychologist my OCD theme is overplanning and overanalyzing. I'm not sure if any such OCD exist. Bcoz I've not found anything such on Google. I've seen frequent handwashers, checkers, hoarders , heard about people having taboo thoughts type OCD. Never heard anyone complaining their life is sick because they overplan lot or overanalyze things a lot

OCD or no OCD is irrelevant. The question is whether the overplanning and analyzing is causing a problem to your day to day life. If it is, then you'd need therapy/treatment. If not, then you don't need to bother. So you're the judge here. Check whether your productivity/ functionality and social life is getting hampered by this habit or not.

Hi. OCD has two parts to it; one obsession with some thought, feeling or object and second part is a compulsion which is undoing in form of an action, physical or mental. Over planning and overanalysing could be a part of your personality as well. If you say it started some time back.. Then an event where you acted without thinking or analysing leading to a bad consequence; may be a trigger. In either situations, if it bothers you kindly meet an expert to resolve it. Rest Goggle gives you more of a general view, every individual is different. It gives good information though. Take care.
