Panic attacks/Re-starting Sertraline
I used to take Sertraline for my anxiety from 2018 and slowly tapered down in February this year. I've been getting anxiety again since June and had a terrible panic attack a week ago. The anxiety has been very severe since and hasn't subsided yet. I started Sertraline 25mg right after the panic attack and have been taking it this past week. However, my anxiety is still severe and nothing is helping. Mornings are especially difficult with a constant nervous pit in my stomach, laboured breathing and loss of appetite. What should I do to feel better?

Also make a plan for anxiety and implement it. Including grounding yourself using five senses, paced deep breathing, etc with a clinical psychologist or your psychiatrist.

It will take at least two to three weeks to start showing benefits, during these two weeks add some anxiolytic for panic attacks.
