Anxiety and restlessness
I have high anxiety, and I also get panic attacks. Whenever I want to express my emotions or thoughts I go speechless, even if I try the words won't come. And I feel very shameful and helpless. My family never understands this and ignore it. I want to share few very important things of my life but I can't even if I try to express through writings they become judgmental.

Hello Friend, thanks for reaching out here for help. I can understand your suitation. Yes, it hurt when you can't express your feelings and if your loved ones doesn't understand your problem. If, I understand right, you become speechless only when you are anxious or does it happens even in normal situations. If it's on the first scenario, then the solution for your problem is to  control your anxiety. Means you need to find why you get anxious and work on the actions to control it. You may seek a help of professional psychology counselor to further evaluate.
