Anxiety and Intrusive Thoughts.
Anxiety started a couple of months after a relationship “trauma”. Intrusive thoughts and doubts plaguing life every day. I obsess over my marriage and it’s fate. Constantly checking for anxiety and feelings of love with my husband.

It seems like you are having a hard time and feel insecure in your marriage. Being anxious and checking for possible signs of breakdown of marriage can b a nerve wracking and draining task. Instead of that, focus on what is good in the marriage and any positive signs of his commitment to you. Take out time for each other and say, do things which strengthen your bond together.
