Hello practo user I can understand the difficult situation that you are currently facing. Feeling anxious during exam time can be disturbing and can also contribute to disturbed sleeping patterns. You can try and make a list of tasks that have you be undertaken during the day and tick them off once they are done . Make a study schedule with 30 minutes of studying and 5-10 minutes break in between , try and do deep breathing and meditation during that time . Distribute your subjects and avoid doing all the tough ones on the same day. For sleeping patterns try and avoid using phones/ laptops at night , take a warm bath and have warm tea or milk at night , avoid heavy meals and caffeine . Try and talk to family members and friends . Go for regular exercise as it helps keep the mind active . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a further evaluation. You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.
Next Steps
consult a clinical psychologist
Health Tips
maintain a task list , divide your study sessions , maintain a better sleep hygiene , go for regular exercise , deep breathing and meditation , maintain a healthy lifestyle
