Hello practo user I can understand the difficult situation you are going through in your life . Depression and anxiety symptoms are manageable but it is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist . Regular counseling will help you understand the cause of your issues and also you can learn positive coping strategies . You can try deep breathing exercises and yoga . Going for regular walks or to the gym also has a positive affect on your overall mood. You can also get in touch with me through the practo app for further help and guidance .

Anxiety and Depression takes times to treat. Someone cant tell u that it tKes 3 to 6 months. It vary from every patients to patients. If u take alopathy treatment then u may have to continue medication for life long. Along with medication u must Consult Psychologist for proper mental health management. These are very much important than medication also. Consult Psychologist or Me online or offline and take treatment. If after long treatment ur depression is not reduced then u may take homoeopathic treatment also.

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression.
