It may be due to simple fissure. Just take sitz bath with warm water daily twice for about a week.
Take fibre rich diet and ample amount of water.
If still it's not reduced consult a doctor directly.

Are u constipated. It can be because of piles.
1. Take home cooked, fresh light food. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit.
