Firstly don't start any medication specially antibiotic on your own. For this case, there are chances of antibiotic resistance but not very much. If you are taking antibiotics repeatedly without any blood report, then there are high chances of developing resistance.
Next Steps
Check for blood counts in CBC. Restart the proper antibiotic if needed and complete the course.
Health Tips
Never start antibiotic without doctor counsultation.

Don't worry nothing will happen. But for future reference, don't use antibiotics unnecessarily or without doctor's advice.. Fever can be viral also, in that case antibiotic has no role.. For further doubts u can connect

Antibiotic should not be started for each and every fever. Moreover if once started should be taken for 3-5 days at least.

Hi., I can understand your concern. No need to worry, it won't cause resistance at first use itself. But be cautious about antibiotic usage. Self medication of antibiotics is not advisable.
