My Anterior talofibular ligament of right ankle is partially torn. What should I do to heal it? Should I start rehabilitation now or wait till it heals completely

Hi You have to start now but step by step or gradually Because mostly ligament torn happened when your ligament is weak so you have to strengthen them You can start like 1)gental passive movement 2) mobilization of ankle joint 3) strethning of your ankle muscle
