Anterior pelvic tilt
I am going to a physiotherapist for correcting my anterior pelvic tilt tomorrow...So is it ok if i continue doing some exercises at home like shoulder press and pull ups while getting those treatment done... Will it harm my back? I dnt feel any pain in doing these exercises though... Pls tell me?

Please do more of core stability and core strength exercises. While doing pull ups too you would be anterior tilted unknowingly so better first do core exercises u can use small weights or Therabands for rest instead of pull ups. Thanks

Shoulder press and pull ups will not affect the tilt of your pelvis, you can continue doing them. Avoid exercises of the trunk muscles and lower leg. Supervised exercises can help a lot.
Health Tips
Focussing on the pelvic tilt per se is not of much use. focus more on back strength and flexibility which will give you a strong and pain free back.
