Ankle sprain
Having ankle pain from around 10 days,when sleep at night morning ankle swells. Kindly tell MRI or needed or not,ankle strap wil help or not

Apply a crepe bandage at night.... And place pillows under your ankle in order to elevate it above heart level... Visit an orthopaedic consultant for further clinical evaluation...

Advice...   Avoid sitting Cross legged. Ankle Stretching. Ankle Strengthening Exercises. Avoid Squatting. Quadriceps Exercises. Core Strenthening Exercises. Stretch Calves Get a custom made insole. Hams Stretching. Sports Taping.

Ankle strap wll def help u..specially wt bearing..I.e..walking n all..n f u had a fall or smethng or any injury..dn u can go for MRI.. Der wll b lig.involvement.. As per f history

Go for cryothetaphy first. Use any ankle stabilization. Gait with equally on both side. Do some active exercises. Take care
