Ankle sprain
Doctor, a week ago i got my right ankle sprained and heard a popping sound along with it. I have no problem in walking and putting considerable weight. But turning my ankle along the lateral side is causing pain. Can u tell me whether is the ligament torn or ruptured..please do rply..Thank you

This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold.
