Ankle sparined
First day after playing TT, was having pain in ankle , on 2 and day , there is little bit swelling . Not able to walk. Not able bear my weight on left foot.

• Calf Stretches • Standing calf stretch • Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

RICE is the treatment for you and visit a nearby Physio for a possible ultrasound therapy for a week ur pain will go off soon don’t walk with weight bearings in the affected leg kindly do put a compression bandage too
