  4. Ankle problems. Capsule on my ankle.

Had an accident at work and since then my ankle has been popping out and in again casusing lots of pain. It lacks support and even on flat surfaces it will pop. after my own research i think it something to do with the joint capsule on my ankle.

U need to get operated if ur having unstable ankle get it evaluated by a local orthopaedician
