Dear Sir, your MRI scan details your injury very well but a bit more technically, in common language you have torn your ligaments around your joint, but the good part is that they are partially torn, if there is swelling I would advise you to go and get a slab applied, because only a slab will give sufficient rest to your ankle that will help it heal its ligaments, if for any reason that is not possible, keep your limb on a pillow, and do not bear weight on it, give it rest for at least 3 weeks, followed by which you can start gradual exercises.
Next Steps
Apply a below knee slab, do not bear weight on the limb, keep elevated and analgesics when you have pain.

It seems you have mild ankle sprain. Avoid walking on uneven surfaces. Use ankle brace to prevent furthur sprains. Strengthen your ankle by doing evertor and dorsiflexor strengthening exercises(google to learn them). Increase proprioception and balance by wobble board exercises.
