Ankle and cartilage pain
Hello doctors, I am getting ankle pain and back cartilage pain frequently due to which feeling pain for walking and sitting. How to recover from this?

Since how long you have this pain? I need to see image of your ankle, X ray of ankle AP, lateral, oblique views. Blood tests for CBP, ESR, uric acid is needed.

First of all we have to find out the cause of pain, so upload your xray ankle ap and lateral, foot ap, oblique and lateral. Also upload  investigation  cbc, esr, crp , ra , serum uric acid.
