Hi there, You should visit a psychologist as soon as possible. It is a very positive step that you yourself realize the need to visit a mental health professional, which is the first step to recovery. In addition to this, you can use certain strategies to control your anger. Whenever you feel yourself getting angry, take a step back from the situation, count to ten and take a few deep breaths. You will realize that you feel calmer and more centered than before. In addition, you should also try and think of what makes you angry and in what situations. Understanding this will help you gain insight into yourself, which will further reduce your anger spells. You can try some relaxation techniques like deep breathing or exercise to calm your mind and your body.
Next Steps
Visit a psychologist for the final diagnosis and plan the management accordingly
Health Tips
You can join an exercise class to release the excess energy in your body or any other activity that helps you to stay calm and generate happy feelings
