Anger management
Sir/mam, since last one year I am not able yo manage my anger properly, whenever thete is a argument between me and my wife it turns into a voilent act,I have chocked the throat also grabbing. Shoulder forcefully hair pulling I have tried to stay clam but this repeats, I want to get rid of this inhuman behaviour

First solution to ur problem is acknowledgment of it.. Since u understand that it is a problem, please seek help from a Psychiatrist.. U will need evaluation of ur symptoms and treatment might be necessary...

Greetings It is absolutely necessary to understand the importance of accepting that you are going somewhere wrong. I would recommend you to understand the pattern of behavior which is triggering a fight amongst you too and try to discuss it out for yourself. Secondly you can start channelling all your energy in  journaling all the reasons you are angry with her  and mention all things you both could do differently to control your anger. Also get detailed evaluation for better management Thank you
