Anger Management
Dear Dr. I cannot describe in full all what I'm going thru. In brief, I get very angry very quickly. My breathing gets heavy, head pains, and sometimes I tend to get aggressive and throw things and break them. I'm usually very positive and cheerful. I'm very optimistic and love friendships warmth and love. But in recent days due to stress and other difficulties, I get very angry. I tend to get very sad sometimes. I get silent and want to be alone. During those sad days I sleep a lot. I've faced abuse during childhood and try not to remember them. My mother left me when I was about 10. When I get angry I tend to remember that incidence. Please help. This is just the tip of the iceberg, so to say.
