Hi doctor I'm always angry or sad. Have started hitting my older child a lot off late. I don't feel like speaking with anyone. And in the slightest of arguments I start getting suicidal thoughts.

Hi Normally if there are disturbance/ emotional/ work/ personal related issues might caused to feel sad, suppression of this emotion has led to show your anger and also behave rudely with your child. find out the reason for your emotional disturbance, may be as your are into different role as a person, are you not accepting few things. which is leading to different thought process. introspect and you can take the help of the psychologist for guidance and assessment. take care stay positive.
