U need to learn better ways to deal with anger like... in anger situations, take a pause count backwards n leant the place for sometime. U can use punching bag for venting anger and also ventilating your feelings will help u calm down

Try to evaluate the things that make u angry . Find wat exactly is cause for ur anger.Try to avoid them as far as possible. At times background personality issues or psychiatric  disorders can present as anger. In inevitable situation do breathing exercises, do reverse counting of  numbers, drink glass of water..
