If your anger is persistent for last few days or for more than a week, then you might need psychiatric support for small duration. Headache  of few days may go away with SOS pain killer but for long lasting headache also you may need prophylactic treatment.
Next Steps
You may consult me online on video consultation or physically at my clinic.
Health Tips
Avoid long term painkillers or any self medication

Hi there, A detailed medical and psychiatric history is always needed for every patient. In addition, detailed mental status examination is also recommended for every case. There are many queries are also needed and also the history from family members and friends is also needed. Was there any stressful event before starting the symptoms? Is there any similar history in the past? How is your sleep pattern? Are you able to work if you are in any job?
Next Steps
You definitely need the help from a mental health professional. You may need medications in addition to the psychological interventions.
