Hi... With the provided photo no abnormalities seen. However if you are suffering from constipation, it might have caused some cuts in anal skin and interior. It cud be the cause of bleeding

Anal area looks quite normal. Pain and bleeding maybe due to fissure. Consult surgeon for physical examination

Nothing to worry: condition you having is known as piles , medically known as hemmorroids Treatment is apply cream oxerute twice a day for 3 weeks And sit in hot water tub for 5 mins You’ll be alright soon

Have sitz bath (sit in warm water) as many times you can, avoid constipation, you can also use laxatives to avoid constipation,  and most importantly you need life style modifications.
