Anal fistula and alopecia areata
Sir, I have intersprenctic fistula in ano (only external opening), and recently noticed alopecia areata, I m in depression. What I need to do?

Anal Fistula has nothing to do with Alopecia areata. Problem of inter sphincteric Anal Fistula should be treated with graded Ksharsutra. This being more effective as compared to surgery. No hospitalization or bed rest is required. Few sittings are required at weekly interval. Healing rate is 0.5 to 1 cm long per sitting.
