Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation. Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.

If your surgeon recommends surgery as the most appropriate treatment then you should consider it. You can take a second opinion from another surgeon.

Hello i have noted your concern, This can be only best advised by the doctor or surgeon who have diagnosed it as anal fissure, because that doctor has clinically examined him so only he can say, whether it can get better by diet modifications and medications or surgical intervention is best treatment option available in his condition, so if you want a second opinion you better ask a gastro surgeon or colo-rectal surgeon.
