Does an anal fissure every completely heal?
Most literature says its symptoms can be controlled by it can easily recur which probably means it never completely cures (Except when surgically treated). But even after surgical treatment it may recur due to lifestyle etc.
So is this a lifelong problem that one needs to live with?
