Hello, SEITZ BATH Sit in a tub filled with hot water add four lids of betadin solution for ten to fifteen minutes two times a day for ten to fifteen days. Stool must be hard so a stool softener like cremafine pink three teaspoons at night till stool becomes soft. Tab zerodol sp two times a day after food for three to five days or as required for pain n INFLAMMATION. Tab trenexa 500 three times a day after food for three to five days or as required for bleeding. LOCALLY APPLY with finger ANOVATE/ shield/ PROCTOSEDIL OINTMENT on butthole than dip it gentaly inside anal mucosan move finger all around on anal mucosa two times a day after food for three weeks for COMPLETE HEALING. Tab Hilo two times a day for fifteen days is said to be very helpful. Avoid spicy fried greasy junk food or food from outside. Plenty of liquids like nimupani butter milk, coconut water ,salad two times a day.ok.
