Anaemia or any other issue
I have noticed that every time I get blood work done, the test section under cbc or hameteology has remarks that say Mild Microcytosis, Mild Hypochromia. I am not able to understand this terminology also never doctor took concern of it. I didn't wish to google it to get worried uneccesary. Please advise what is it and and what the treatment is. Please note that my iron and Tibc come normal as per the doctor. Please, I do feel breathing issues while climbing or walking too much at a stretch.

Mild microcytosis means RBCs are small shaped, smaller than normal size. And hypochromia literally means Derived from the Greek words “hypo” (meaning under or less) and “chroma” (meaning color), hypochromia refers to red blood cells that have less color than normal, indicating a lower concentration of hemoglobin within the cells. Both are suggestive of anaemia- mostly iron deficiency anaemia .
