Hello Dear, First of all my suggestion is to avoid this pan chewing habit. You need to go for Professional scaling and polishing from a dentist. Further more, if you are not satisfied please go for bleaching. Regards, Dr Vishal Jain Vitaldent India www.faridabaddentist.com

Dear patient, you can get rid of the stains you have acquired by eating pan by getting scaling/cleaning along with polishing. This will help you get rid of the stains. For stains which have penetrated your tooth structure(intrinsic stains) bleaching/whitening can be done. Bleaching is a cosmetic procedure and your dentist will evaluate and let you know whether it will be helpful for you or not. Regards

Hi, first get rid off the habit of chewing pan. For how many years have you been into this habit. Get a proper check up done, because the contents of pan specially supari is very harmful and it can lead to Oral Pre-Cancer lesions. You can get scaling and polishing done to remove the stains. Keeping in account your age, you are prone to peer pressure, so try to avoid habit of PAN chewing and also don't start any other bad habit to get rid off it. Regards..

First get rid of the habit. For the existing strains get the scaling and polishing done. If you thereafter want to lighten the shade of your teeth you can avail bleaching. But all of it needs a clinical assessment before hand so that you might not suffer from sensitive teeth later on.

Simfr how many years you are chewing pan? If for years then just by cleaning or other procedure like teeth whitening will not help. You might have to go for veneers or caps. Also it creates acidity inside mouth which in turn reduces the height of teeth as well; so OPG along with your inside mouth photographs required to do proper diagnosis  and then proper long lasting treayment plan, one promise from your side is that you will never chew pan again or else any treatment will be in vain. See a dentist.
