Ideally only one side is operated at a time , that is left upper and lower teeth on one day and right upper and lower teeth after a week or so . But, if time is an issue then you may go for all the extractions at one go.

Hello dear… You can remove all 4 at once but it would be very uneasy for you , I would advice you to get one side of wisdom tooth upper and lower to remove and after a week or two get the other side upper and lower wisdom tooth removed..
