Having 50 whole eggs a day is not recommended even though it is high in protein, vitamins, and minerals. Apart from good nutrients eggs are also high in cholesterol which can lead to heart-related issues later in life. One whole egg gives around 178 mg of cholesterol. People who already have high blood pressure, or family history of cardiac problems, unhealthy diet and lifestyle pattern are at a higher risk of attracting heart problems. So always keep in mind that moderation is the key. Include all food groups in your diet along with practicing healthy lifestyle habits. Consult a qualified dietitian for better guidance - Ms. Arati Shah, whom you can connect with for a personalized and holistic approach.

Eating 50 eggs a day is not healthy and can harm your heart and overall health. Eggs are nutritious, but too many can raise cholesterol levels and put pressure on your liver and kidneys. It’s safe to eat 1–3 eggs daily for most people, depending on your activity level and health condition. If you have high cholesterol, heart problems, or a family history of heart issues, limit egg intake even more. Balance your diet with other protein-rich foods like chicken, fish, lentils, tofu, and nuts. Add plenty of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and healthy fats to keep your meals balanced. Avoid frying eggs or using too much butter or oil; opt for boiled, scrambled, or poached eggs. In winter, combine eggs with warm foods like soups or stews for a comforting and healthy meal. Staying physically active and drinking enough water is essential to support overall health. Regular health checkups can help you monitor cholesterol and ensure your heart stays healthy. Focus on a balanced and varied diet instead of relying on just one food for all your nutrients.
