Whey protein is a convenient way to meet daily protein needs, especially if you are working out regularly. For most healthy individuals, long-term use is generally safe when taken in appropriate amounts and as part of a balanced diet. Guidance: - Taking 1 scoop in the morning and 1 scoop post-workout is usually fine if your total daily protein intake is within your requirement. - A safe range is around 1–1.2 g protein per kg body weight for general fitness (can be slightly higher if training intensely). - Whey protein is just a supplement, not a replacement, prioritize whole food protein sources like dal, eggs, chicken, fish, dairy, tofu, etc. - Ensure adequate hydration and avoid excessive intake beyond your needs, as very high protein without balance is unnecessary. - If you have kidney issues or digestive discomfort, consult a doctor before regular use. Yes, taking whey protein twice daily can be safe if it fits your protein needs. Focus on total protein balance, whole foods, and proper training, rather than over-relying on supplements.

Yes restrict your protein to 1 scoop but you need to incorporate protein from natural sources as well. Also other micro nutrients such as vitamins and minerals are essential for a healthy body. If you have more queries please do connect with us

Taking whey protein regularly in long term is not safe ,it would affect kidney, increase uric acid . Kindly take consult with me on practo, if you are a non-vegetarian you can include eggs ,fish ,chicken for your protein for your daily total need, esp for your age it would be easy to consume protein from food sources than relying on supplements alone. Reports aren't clear so a consult with reports would be great to get a personalized diet plan & guidance.
