Does eating wheat chappatis at night delay sleep nd makes body more energised? If i have wheat chappati in dinner then can i go to sleep in normal tym or my sleep will get delayed?

It depends on your portions . Eat small portions n maintain 2-3 hours gap between meals and sleep . Chat directly for proper guidance and help

Yes you can have at night Whatver you eat you have to make sure you are not sleeping just your meal.. Keep 2 hours gap then slee
