Dilute apple cider vinegar (ACV) in warm water to support weight loss during winter. Helps control appetite and reduces cravings for comfort foods common in colder months. Aids digestion, which will improve metabolism and support weight management. Excessive consumption may lead to stomach discomfort or throat irritation. Always consume ACV warm to avoid chills and improve tolerance in winter. Supports hydration, important for maintaining metabolism in dry winter conditions. Stick to 1-2 tablespoons diluted in water for safe consumption. Seek guidance if you have any specific health conditions that could be affected.

Hello good evening, Yes you can take it 5days in a week. After breakfast. Bcz in an empty stomach it might be possible to increase your acid level in blood. Bcz apple cider is acidic in nature. And after a long time fasting period when we take it in the morning time it causes many gut issues.

Every one has a different body temprament and constitution (vata/pit/kapha).  Better is to check your constitution and choose food as per your different unique personality and temprament. There are people who eat all junk and fried stuff but still don't put on weight. On the contrary there are people who eat less and but tend to gain weight. So it's always better to "KNOW YOURSELF " Don't just rush after the things just because they are in trend.
