70% diet and 30% exercise are advisable to reduced weight .
Do’s- use skimmed milk/ tonned milk (300)ml daily
Use curd and paneer made up from the tonned milk
Use olive oil, sunflower, saffola, mustard oil in cooking
Can use artificial sweeteners ( maximum 4 tablets a day)
Don’t- avoid
sugar completely and it’s products
Avoid roots vegetables like potato, arbhi , zimikand etc
Avoid pickles and papad , processed, preserved, packet food are not allowed
