First of all don't stressed yourself. I think you are asking for someone else who is suffering from recurrent kidney stones and also having PCOD. Because of bad food habits like heavy meals,it doesn't matter that she is non vegetarian or vegetarian but frequently eating heavy meals is not a good thing.everthing in excess is bad for our body. For recurrent renal stones you must have to consult the doctor, what was the history of previous stones.many more to know for giving any further treatment. MUST CONSULT.
Next Steps
for PCOD it is mostly our metabolism related problem with a lot of hormonal problems.multiorgan affected by this. a healthy lifestyle, food habit, most importantly EXERCISE will help you the most. reduce sugar intake, refined flour, bread etc Drinking tea thrice a day is not good for health.please change this habit. it can cause multimineral, vitamin, iron deficiency.
Health Tips
it's difficult to make someone aware about their condition and trying to change their lifestyle until the patient doesn't want to change him/herself. Change yourself because Health is the priority.Stay positive

B12 163 and Vitamin D 15 indicate deficiencies and can explain fatigue and muscle aches. Both need correction along with evaluation of recurrent kidney stones and PCOD.
Next Steps
Start appropriate B12 and Vitamin D supplementation after reviewing your reports and kidney stone history. Please share your previous stone reports and current medicines for personalised advice.
Health Tips
Stay well hydrated and avoid self-starting high-dose calcium or Vitamin D due to your history of kidney stones. A balanced diet and regular activity are helpful for PCOD.

B12 deficiency should be confirmed with the actual B12 value and CBC. Check Vitamin D, calcium, PTH and renal function given muscle symptoms and recurrent kidney stones. Treat B12 deficiency appropriately and avoid unnecessary calcium/vitamin D supplementation until stone history and labs are reviewed.

Muscle pain and fatigue may be due to vitamin deficiencies. Please get Vitamin D3, B12, calcium, thyroid and renal function tests. For recurrent kidney stones, USG KUB and urologist consultation will be helpful . Maintain good hydration, reduce salt and excess animal protein, and avoid supplements without blood reports. For PCOD, consult a gynecologist for appropriate management.

Both values are genuinely low - B12 163 and vitamin D 15 easily explain her muscle pain, tiredness and mood swings. With a repeated kidney stone history I never start vitamin D blindly: serum calcium, urine calcium, uric acid and kidney function first, then correct D in supervised doses. B12 can be replaced safely and she should cut tea to twice a day and drink close to 3 litres water daily to keep stones away. PCOD needs its own treatment - weight, insulin resistance and cycles - supplements alone will not fix it.
Next Steps
Get CBC, B12, vitamin D, serum and urine calcium, creatinine and a kidney ultrasound, then book a consult with me on Practo or at Synergy Multispeciality Hospital, Miraj with the reports - I will start the correct doses and a PCOD plan together.

Your muscle pain, tiredness, and mood changes alongside PCOD and low B12 and vitamin D levels are often connected, since these deficiencies can make PCOD symptoms feel worse. Please see a gynaecologist for the PCOD and a physician for the B12, vitamin D, and kidney stone workup together.
Health Tips
Correcting these deficiencies usually needs supervised dosing given your kidney stone history. Please don't self-start any supplements on your own.
