Unable to lose weight below 85,

Hi, am 85 kgs am trying to lose weight to 75, i eat fine and make moderate exercise but not able to lose weight. Can someone suggest me how to lose weight to 75 am currently 85 and can this be achieved in 2 months.

Hello user For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : Maintain meal gaps of not more than 3hrs. To boost up your metabolism and helps in weight loss. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet. Include barley tea and dandelion tea in your diet. Walk at least 10-12k steps daily . Drink 3-4lts of water per day. .
