Large ulcers like this could be due to various conditions—from simple trauma to some underlying causes. Consult a dentist because I feel it could be because of accidental trauma from any sharp edge of some tooth. For Bad breath- Improve oral hygiene: Brush teeth twice daily and clean tongue and Get a teeth cleaning(scaling) done.

Apply Hexigel.. it helps with the healing of the tissue as well .. for bad breath I suggest you get a dental checkup as it can be due to food lodgement or caries as well Good luck

Hi! A large ulcer on the tongue for weeks needs proper check-up. It could be due to trauma, deficiency, or something more serious. Visit a dentist soon. For bad breath, brush twice daily, clean your tongue, do salt water rinses, and get scaling done.
